If you have damages warranting replacement from your Insurance provider, your specialist will walk you through the Insurance process, help you file the Insurance Claim, and manage all correspondence with your Insurance Team from here on out.

After filing the claim, your Insurance provider will assign you an Adjuster ( A representative who works with various Insurance providers to inspect and report damages from weather). This Adjuster will schedule a time and date to stop by for an inspection.

05.

Your Roofing Specialist will arrive at this inspection and work with your assigned claim adjuster to ensure all damages reported match the initial findings, thus providing the proper coverage.

06.

One of our Roofing specialists will walk through your entire Roofing System, taking video or photo of all damages found. This way, we can bring the roof down to you.

07.

Your Roofing Specialist can now help you walk through shingle samples and displays, choose your new roof look and style and organize your re-roofing project to fit around your busy schedule.

08.

Upon complete installation of your new roof, your specialist will provide final inspections to ensure we no missed details before signing a certificate of completion to be filed with your Insurance Company to let them know that all damages documented on the previous inspection reports have been properly handled and repaired.

09.

Once we have processed all paperwork and your account is paid in full. We’ll provide a copy of your warranty and receipt showing your successful payments.
